Dj Booking Process in 5 Easy Steps
The booking process with HHG Ent. is simple:

Free Consultation – Use the contact form, self-schedule via Calendly or phone/e-mail to check availability and schedule a virtual consultation through Zoom or a phone call. Discuss your vision, goals, and overall event details with our team and pricing.

DJ Service Agreement– A formal contract outlining services, booking payment to secure your date, and additional terms of parties agreement. **50% down and remaining amount due 15 days prior to the event date.

Venue Location Review – We assess the venue to ensure proper setup, logistics, and equipment placement.

Client Questionnaire (if required)– Used to customize your music preferences and event flow—perfect for Weddings, Quinceañeras, Corporate Events, and more. We will work together to complete the questionnaires and finalize event details for preparation. We will talk about your choice of music, colors, and more. **Note: Additional Add-ons and Enhancements are not included in the Dj/Emcee service cost.

We got an on a video call so that they could introduce themselves, their business, everything they could provide, and even assisted with the wedding ceremony itinerary and music queues. Rampage was my Master of Ceremonies and DJ on the day of my wedding! He along with his co-worker, Dj Woody Wood , did an AMAZING job, especially during our reception making sure everyone and I mean Everyone had a blast on the Dancefloor. Dj Rampage is phenomenal - he worked with us to identify all the songs for every moment of the students field day, even found songs we didn't think about.
