As the first female DJ of the Hard Hitterz Group DJs in Colorado, DJ Shay Tha Great brings professionalism, strong stage presence, and exceptional crowd control to the H.H.G. Entertainment team. - 01Yes, Travel Rate Notice: A travel fee applies for destinations outside a one (1) hour radius of Denver, CO, at a rate of $2 per mile. For regional events requiring travel over 3 hours, a 1.5x multiplier will be applied to the total rate. For destination events involving travel over 5 hours, a 2x multiplier will be applied to the total rate. This way, clients can easily see how the rates scale based on distance.

Do not hesitate to book now to solidify your spot. Same-Day Emergency Bookings: If we’re available, you can book a small setup for last-minute emergencies on the same day of your event. Advanced Notice Recommended: To ensure availability and allow us to customize your experience, we recommend reaching out as soon as you “set your date.” (6 months to 1 year) Exceptional Entertainment for Any Occasion: From school events and family gatherings to weddings, we’re dedicated to creating unforgettable memories through a personalized entertainment approach. The number of hours required, including extended setup/breakdown or additional performances to ensure you have the best experience, and the price reflects not only the DJ’s value. You hire us to making sure everything runs smoothly for your event managing all the on-site coordination details, such as lighting effects, media display, photo booth, karaoke setup, and personalized music selections. It's more than just playing music; we’re here to provide a professional service, preparation, and transportation of equipment (if included in your package).

- 07Most event setup time requires (2) hours or less. This would be for a group up to 200 people. For larger crowds and more equipment, additional time is required.
- 08Cancellations are handled in two ways. If the event is canceled, you forfeit your deposit. If circumstances arise that require you to postpone your event, we will honor your contract with a new date.
- 09We don’t have a full gallery on our website because each event is unique and some clients wish to keep their event private. However, we do feature a photo or two to showcase the impact we create and capture every event.
- 10Absolutely! As long as your music request blends well with the current track and overall flow of the event, we can usually play it right away. We do ask guests to hold off on random song requests during the first two hours of the reception/event. This policy helps ensure that your personalized playlist and overall vision set the tone properly without interruptions, as many guests tend to begin requesting songs as soon as the music starts. We encourage you to submit a playlist or song preferences in advance, and we will thoughtfully incorporate your selections to create the perfect vibe for your celebration. If the venue has Wi-Fi available, we can also accommodate additional requests later in the event. Our priority is delivering the experience you want while keeping the energy flowing seamlessly throughout the night. Our DJs typically carry thousands of song titles to every event and, in many cases, can download requested music on the spot when needed.
